Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return & exchanges policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.
We can only accept refunds for products that have defects, damages, quality issues, or any issues that were mistakes on our part. Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of time of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
Not satisfied with the sizing or color of your products? For exchanges or replacements, once your order is returned back to us and processed, we will send you a new order free of charge with the sizes/color of your choice. All exchanges you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Shipping are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours. Please email us within that 24 hours timeframe to be approved.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your returns is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
